Best (handwriting + text) notes application?

Notability is in my opinion the best note taking app if it comes to handwriting.

Remarks does have a zoom writing box, actually.

At the bottom of the Note screen, click the magifying glass to enter the zoom mode.
Once in the zoom mode, the top part of the screen shows the note (dimmed), with the zoombox (highlighted). You can either drag it around with your finger or stylus, or you can use the cursor keys from the floating palette.
The bottom part is the zoomed view. Here you can drag the black anchor point at the bottom to resize the zoombox' height, and the blue one for it's width.
Click "Done" in the top right of the toolbar to exit zoom mode.
