Best headphones/earphones

I just got a touch a few weeks ago and a couple nights ago, started buying music.

Wondering what the best earbud style and best headphone style speakers are!

(also, if i buy it on my touch, is it locked in there?)

You know I never really liked those kind of headphones that go inside your ear. I'm looking for ones that wrap around the ear...and aren't a bud shape but like a headphone shape.

Does anyone know any good ones that don't wear down too easily?
