I know that there are now 1.6TB/sec ethernet cards/switches. What are the fastest cards know to work on Mac Pros?

I have a 2023 and 2019 Mac Pro I would like to upgrade well beyond the built in 10gb ports.

I'm hoping at least some 100gbe cards exist. Ideally 800gbe would be great.

Is anyone using some of these higher speed cards successfully on the Mac?
