Best iMac

Hi,

I'm thinking of getting an imac 27" but im unsure which processor to get, I defiantly need 2TB of HD space.

The work I do is:

Photoshop
Programming
Logic Pro Audio Work
And a little after effects

What would you recommend I get? Quad? i5? i7?
