best IMAP email?

Yahoo Mail

I have IMAP through Yahoo Mail, though I do pay $20/year for it. Works flawlessly on my Blackberry--it's push email and I dig it.

Ive been testing this out and have two questions.

1: Can i make the emails i send from the gmail account (that i forward to aim and link to mail via imap) appear in the sent mails in mail?

2: I already had a another email account so my new imap inbox, draft, sent and trash just appear there under the triangle but i also had appear this Imap logo with some folders saved mail, sent, spam, trash and voicemail. Those obviously appeared when i set up the aim account but dont serve much purpose (unless im mistaken) can i delete those or make them all disappear?

3: When i create a new mail message. I get the customary fields to fill in: To, CC and Subject but now i have Reply To as well. Whats that about?
