I'm looking for suggestions for a well protected keyboard case for my 11 year old daughter. She has a new iPad Air, and traditionally has used one of those giant padded cases, but now needs to have an attached keyboard for typing on the reg.

Does anyone have any experience with a well protected case that also includes a keyboard? She is careful, but still subject to stupid kid accidents.

Thank you in advance!

If none of the Apple branded keyboards will work for your purpose, Amazon has a slew of keyboard cases for the iPad. I’m not sure which generation you daughter has, but you should be able to find something that will fit her needs.

You might want to look at the Logitech Combo Touch, ZAGG, or any other off-brand keyboard/case combo.

Ideally the Logitech Combo touch would be my recommendation since it does have a protective cover for the air. The issue is it won't be as protective as those giant padded cases. If your daughter is accident prone maybe just stick to the giant padded case but get a wireless keyboard, that you have have the best of both worlds.
