Hi,

which is, according to you, the best iPad pro 10.5 screen protector glass? …and why?

Thank you!

I like the Zagg Glass + Screen Protector. A bit expensive at $54.99 but well worth the price if you intend to keep your iPad Pro for awhile. I've used Zagg screen protectors on my iPhones and I know it has saved the screen from breakage or scratches on several occasions.

Thank you for the reply. But this is just TOO expensive!

Thanks for the tip, I've just ordered one as they have a lot of good reviews and I was getting fed up with all the fingerprints on my iPad screen:)

I can see why the reviews are good, I'm really impressed with it. Installation was quick and easy without any air bubbles. Just make sure the screen is completely clean.

I went with Anker this time on my iPP 10.5 and finding it really good, it works great with Apple Pencil too....

iPad Pro 10.5 in Screen Protector, Anker [Double Defense] Premium Tempered-Glass Tablet Screen Protector with Retina Display [Compatible with Apple Pencil] https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XYWT6G4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_CBtxzbJKMND35

I also went with Anker. Easy to apply. Glass surface feels great. Works great with Apple Pencil. Doesn't decrease touch sensitivity.

I went with amFilm. Love it. Also use it on my iPhone 7+. It's an amazing deal for $9 for a 2 pack. It has saved my iPhone 3 times and I am by no means clumsy but light happens lol

I have a cover, I'm still considering getting one...

Really disliking the Apple Smart Cover, annoying that there's no back protection.
Plus the overall BQ/design is not that great for the $ they charged in Oz.
But that's a whole other subject-matter...

I saw that Belkin has screen protectors nearly for all iPads except the newest 10.5 inch model. I'm using their screen protector that is sold at Apple Stores for my iPhone SE. If the material is the same, it is the thinnest and the best protector I use.
It's been 10 months and still looks great and so thin that as if it doesn't affect the image quality.

Zagg is definitely the best. The only product that i don't recommend is the one for watch. Other products for other devices would be zagg company.

To revive this forum, my biggest problem with my new Ipad Pro 10.5 is that the screen is not nearly as smooth as my older Air or Iphone 6S. I read this may be for better Apple pencil compatibility. Is the Zagg or the cheaper alternatives very smooth and friction free to the touch like the older Ipads?

X2 here. You couldn't even tell it was on it with mine I had.

Hi,

Thank you!

I don’t have an iPad Pro but thought I’d share a product(s) that has worked wonders for me.

Back in 2015 I purchased this tempered glass screen for my iPad mini 2. (I also use the same brand for my iPhone 7.)Now it’s 2018 and it survived 2 toddler nieces, an ex who tossed it around as if it were unbreakable for 3 years and everything else u can imagine. The touch sensitivity has always been perfect too. Then today I dropped it in the street.. had a case, but nothing crazy to really protect anything.

The iPad now looks/works the same as the day I got it Xmas 2014. Wish the price was $10 back then, I paid $35 when the model was new. Either way, AMAZING product. Its still reasonably inexpensive given the product it’s protecting is worth a small fortune :)

BTW.. I took the pix AFTER I removed the glass. So it looks all gross from the removal process. I can’t stand a dirty screen...
Placed it back on because it was the only way to get a shot w/o a glare ;)

Hope this shared experience is useful for someone :)
