My work has recently purchased a number of ipads 2's and Mini's to conduct our business and I've been thrown the task of doing the admin for these devices. That means I have to run the training etc which is fine but I can see that I will regularly need to be able to remotely access other ipads (all using the same apple id) so that I can remotely assist other staff when they become stuck.
Has anybody had experience with any apps that would be suitable for this task? There seems to be a number of them on the market but I can't really tell which one is better than the next without trialling them and typically time is of a premium so the testing phase is pretty much non-existent... hence me trying to gain the best information i can here without the trial and error phase.
