I love the feel of the anti-glare screen covers from the Apple store. Smooth like silk and no fingerprints. Two in a pack for something like $16.

the one sold at the apple store feels great, but is a little fuzzy. HOWEVER, i recomend it because its seasy to put on, its really really easy to put on your screen.

tried the sgp anti fingerprint/glare, the sgp oleo, and the ps hd antiglare

sgp anti fingerprint def could see the fuzziness but felt great and no fingerprints.

after that i put the sgo oleo on which was amazing. clarify was brilliant and looked like nothing was there. at first it was great with keeping fingerprints off and whatnot, then for whatever reason started showing fingerprints more and more... and it had a scratch on it. no rough use here, only place it went was in my front pocket w/ nothing else in that pocket or on my desk face up.

tried the ps hd antiglare after some research on here and it was great to have no fingerprints again. but the fuzziness is definitely there. yeah yeah you can say that it's 'minimal' but it is there alright. protector is great quality but i'm not gonna lie and say it didn't affect the clarity. used this one for many months.

so after seeing coworkers and relatives w/ their naked phones i realized how much it affected the display. took my sp off today and the difference is incredible.

i'll be keeping mine naked :D

I'm gonna give the oleo a shot, been wanting to try this one for a while. If all fails I'll pick up a ps crystal clear

powersupport crystal for me.

had also used sgp crystal, sgp oleo, ps hd glare and sgp ex ultra matte.

Still prefer the ps crystal over matte ones due to clarity despite fingerprints collecting more easily; and over sgp crystal due to durability.
Matte versions still offers the smoothest finish though. The oleo seems to collect just as much prints, if not more than the crystal ones and is more difficult to wipe off.

Is there a trick to getting screen protectors on perfectly? I've went through 3 of them so far on my iphone 4 where either they have bubbles that i can't smooth out or i noticed i've put it on off centered.

Add a little bit of water. just a tiny bit under the screen protector. and get like a microfiber and spread a bit of water to the screen. that way u can perfectly center the screenshield + no bubbles.

remember just a little bit of water. don't go pouring on it. just like a drop or two. [if it appears like smudges under, those will dry like in an hour-a day tops, but you can still use your iphone while it dries]

I use cheap eBay protectors myself. Granted the quality of these protectors from certain sellers can be hit or miss, but, if you're only paying $5 shipped for 12 of them like I do, you learn to live with this. I have no issues with my protectors and really like them. Only downside with going the eBay route is the shipping times from the sellers.

I'm using a .99 cents anti-glare screen shield. Works like a charm with no problems.

eBay is loaded with these screen shields. Check them out. ;)

Atm, I got my Verizon iPhone in an OB Defender (which I love) with a PS Anti-Glare Screen Protector, which is stellar as well. I know the OB has a built in screen protector, but I may look into to popping that out or eventually changing up cases at moments.

Plan is to get something for the back, preferably from eBay to save money, so I can buy a bumper case and rock the front and back protectors without the OB Defender on some occasions. Thoughts on this? Looks pretty sweet with white bumper (maybe Apple's?)

Anyone have a trusted eBay seller who you'd recommend?

Thanks :)

want to post a link to the one you actually got?

PS HD anti glare are by FAR the best I've used.

Another wholehearted vote for PowerSupport Anti-Glare. I've put these on each of my iPhones since the original, and I love them.

They have great image quality, leave behind NO residue, and they even help greatly reduce fingerprints and allow the finger to slide more easily on the display.

They're fantastic. www.powersupportusa.com

I had the exact same experience. At first, the SGP Oleophobic looked amazing, though it was a PITA to install straight and without any lint--even in a steamed-up bathroom. But after a few months, the fingerprints got more and more pronounced and it seemed to be no better than others at avoiding them. Also, I got several small scratches all over it, even with careful handling. By comparison, I had a Power Support Crystal protector on my old 3GS for close to a year and it still looked great--only one tiny scratch. Plus it was a lot easier to install. I also tried the PS Matte version, but didn't like the fuzziness of the display or the hazy, washed out display when outdoors in the sun.

I'd definitely recommend the PS Crystal if you want a truly invisible screen protector.

Finally ripped off my Invisible Shield due to the gluey type junk around the edges and especially around the cut outs (camera's and home button) and put on the PS Crystal. This shield is Fan-freekin-tastic!

New merchant selling PS Crystal cheap

Hi,

Here's a new online merchant selling PS Crystal films for less than anybody else I can find (set of 1 back, 2 fronts, and a pre-film for $10 with free shipping). No track record because a new site. I'm going to risk it.

Interested in ordering from them since it's so cheap. Was it legit???

Wow! Everything on the website is dirt cheap.

Not legit. I ordered a crystal screen protector without doing research and got this:

Needless to say, the screen protector inside is hazy and just generally poor in quality. I'm about to start the return process now.

Hello,
My iPhone 4 has some scratch on it. I am looking for a good screen protector. Today I go to the post! Thank all the information provider!

I am a fan of the Screen Protector from Marware. It comes in a 2 front&back pack for $15. It is more expensive but it I never had a problem with it and it protects it from scratching. It also has free shipping with a warranty.

Actually, that looks legit, albeit in Asian packaging.

I have the Front and Back Film Set that I bought directly from PS. The packaging looks exactly the same, minus the foreign lingo. The color of the package is the same, it says printed with soy ink, has the PS logo in the same places, same graphics, etc.

If your screen protector seems hazy, I wonder if the anti-glare screen protector was put in the package in error. I've tried both (AG and crystal), and the AG (which I prefer) definitely has a hazy look to it.

I'm certain it's not an anti-glare.

I was actually buying this to replace my PS crystal (my fourth set, counting those that I purchased for my 3G) so I'm familiar with the packaging. I agree it looks legit-ish? but it's pretty filmsy and inside, it seems like the films were just thrown in. Truthfully, even though my current screen protector is insanely scratched up after spending so much time in my purse with my keys, I'd prefer it to what I found in the package.
