+1 for Blackups. This is the only theme I've used that has converted the Mail and Music icon from stock.

these are my fav free themes for sure.. blackups hd only being $1 is what ive been using since the JB.. looks good! I looked at the others posted here most seem pretty nice. Im just not enough into themes enough to spend $$ on them..

"OS 7: Revive" with DreamBoard is my favorite. It mimics Windows Phone 7 shockingly well, and it's so gorgeous and fluid to use.

You will need to add the repo for ThemeIt, install ThemeIt, then download Noki through the ThemeIt app.
Prestige.SB.Widget issue
Just downloaded Prestige HD. It looks nice and clean, but I'm very disappointed in the widget that displays the date, time, location and weather on springboard; I believe the name is Prestige.SB.Widget.
The widget is displaying the temperature, date, time and location of Marseilles, France. I spent the last 30 minutes searching for how to change this info to my current location, but from what I read you must manually change your location via iFile/SSH and a couple additional apps.
Does anyone know if this is indeed the case with Prestige? Is there no way to have the widget automatically detect your approximate location?

download ifile from cydia and you can change it right on your phone. Navigate to the theme directory, make the change in the plist, and respring, takes less than a minute.

Well, when you have one that looks as good as mine and lets you...then you'll understand I guess. Plus, no one touches my phone but me and I know how to pull it out in public to not display it.
Dreamboard Themes
I used to be very skeptical of dreamboard themes until recently. They used to make my phone lag and use up a lot of memory and battery life. Recently though I decided to give it another try and there has been a major rework. They run completely smooth on my iPhone 4 and take up barely any extra memory and blow away any winterboard theme you can get. Not all work great but i have sorted through all the crap for you guys.
Check out:
Aero 2 - Favorite (Shock factor, easy to use, smooth, looks awesome, convince your freinds you can dual boot a mobile windows 7 version on your iphone)
iSTS Twilight - Favorite (Looks bad ass and easy to use, very functional, smooth, and free from ihacksrepo)
TheGRID - Favorite (Can customize the hell out of it and looks bad ass, smooth)
OS X Lion Ultimatum HD- (Looks cool but icons make the theme hard to use, and a little memory taxing/battery consuming)
GridPhoneHD - free from ihacksrepo

WhiteApple HD
IceCreamSandwich - pretty much ice cream sandwich on your iphone (stupid if you ask me but it will make your android phone freinds unhappy)

For some of theme you will need to download "the theme outlet" and purchase the themes, but any of these are worth it.
