Best junk mail filter?

I'm bombarded with unwanted junk mail. Even junk mail filtering on my Mac mail doesn't slow down the flow of junk mail. Is there a solution?

PS: I use Mac 10.8, Mac 10.10, iPad, and iPhone.

Take a look at Spam Sieve for OS X. That won't help on your iOS devices though.
