iPad Best/Legit iPad purchase price right now?

My wife is looking to upgrade her iPad 3rd Gen to an iPad air 2 in the next month. I have noticed there are some iPad air 2 models on Amazon for at least a 50 dollar savings. Now that coupled with the fact there would be zero sales tax makes it an appealing purchase. Has anyone ordered from Amazon recently. These appear to be new iPad air 2's but I just wanted to see if I am missing something... anyone?

I didn't, but if you can return it for a full refund, i don't see a problem. Also check the apple refurb store or go on mac mall. And also B&H photo.

Also Staples has them for $75.00 off this week. A lot of times B&H will match the ongoing retailer price if you call them.

You may look at a trade in at Apple or one of those sites to sell your old one to offload some of the cost.
