Agree with the above, you can't go wrong with those, recently updated for Logic 8. Martin Sitter and Steve H really know their stuff.

I agree with this. I like the way they break things down into timed sessions. It allows you to feel productive even if you only have a few minutes at a time.

There is plenty of free stuff out there, but I did feel that these were worth paying for. I would consider myself an advanced Logic user, and still I found many of the videos to be very beneficial to the change to Logic 8.
 
If you're near an Apple store, check out their 1-on-1 training - it's 79 GBP (I think 99 USD/year in the states maybe), you can go for one hour every week and learn from the Apple Pro guys. Really cool methinks.
