Who makes the best Logic 8 tutorial videos?
great question. i am starting to use this program also and would like to learn more about it.
i can offer one suggestion...YOU TUBE..
lynda.com seem to do some good tutorial videos. They also have a free 7 day trial going at the moment.
man you have to pay for those....
naaaaaa....I'll pass. lol
i'll stick to youtube, forums, friends, and the best experience (in my opinion)...
ON THE JOB TRAINING!!!!
naw for real though, i'll check em out and see how good they are or are supposed to be.
They are paid videos, but worth every cent!
Agree with the above, you can't go wrong with those, recently updated for Logic 8. Martin Sitter and Steve H really know their stuff.
I agree with this. I like the way they break things down into timed sessions. It allows you to feel productive even if you only have a few minutes at a time.
There is plenty of free stuff out there, but I did feel that these were worth paying for. I would consider myself an advanced Logic user, and still I found many of the videos to be very beneficial to the change to Logic 8.
If you're near an Apple store, check out their 1-on-1 training - it's 79 GBP (I think 99 USD/year in the states maybe), you can go for one hour every week and learn from the Apple Pro guys. Really cool methinks.
Do you have to stream the macprovideo.com stuff, or can you download it all an use it offline?
You download it and use it offline. Or you can purchase the files on DVD media if you prefer.
This guy rocks. He knows logic too...
