I am a new sales rep who is searching for a software package that can do the following:
allow me to enter my database of customers
schedule appointments with reminders
input notes after appointment is done
schedule follow ups to that initial appointment
send emails to the customer from this software
print activity reports
track important information on each customer...

Any suggestions?
I have looked at the trial of Daylite, it seems decent...

I am used to Business Contact Manager with Windows, but want to go MAC...
Any help would be much appreciated!

Daylite

I've used Daylite for about five years. It's pretty powerful. They update it frequently and their customer service is excellent. My wife and I each have a license and it's how we manage our household as well as our respective self-employment tasks, events, and opportunities. She also has the iPhone version that interfaces with our DL app and it works very well.

I'm very happy with Daylite. They have a Mail integration app, too, that lets one automatically capture mail message contents into DL, depending on who the recipient is and other criteria. It's great for linking correspondence to tasks, events, or opportunities.

We'd be lost without it.

Web based CRM.

Zoho is free and its hosted upto 3 users I think. www.zohocrm.com

SugarCRM is free but you have to host it yourself. www.sugarcrm.com

Doesn't matter if your on a Mac, PC, phone, etc.

We use SugarCRM and its great. I'd actually use the paid version but they are still stuck on needing a 5 User license minimum, I only need 3.

I used Zoho until a while ago, when a friend showed me SugarCRM. It looked so much better, so I switched immediately, and I'm proud to say I made the right choice.
