Best Mac video converter, Iphone format and windows format?

I am looking for the best (stable, easy, results) video converter. The main reason is to add videos to the iphone but i want to be really useful and be able to change most of the video formats.

dont care about the price.

but this thing will change anything to any format, example .mov to .avi? or mpeg to avi??

It should I do that all the time mpeg > avi. Just download it, it is free.

The latest version of HandBrake does it all. Best of all, it's free.

I also use handbrake, very easy to use and fast. But I'm having issues adding srt file.

What the problem you are having?

I do it all the time... in fact I have a movie cooking in the HB oven right now with an added .srt file.
