I got the Snugg - I think it looks good, plus the stitching offers a bit of protection. I actually returned my leather eBag after I got it.

I just use a zippered Case Logic sleeve. Has enough padding to put the thing in my carry bag without sweating it.

I got an envelope style sleeve from Rickshaw Bags for my 13" rMBP. A little expensive, but they're made in the US.
