If "memorable" means names that you remember because you see them all the time (spammer handles), then you might as well just link to the Top Posters page.

If, on the other hand, we're looking for names that are inventive and worth remembering for the choice of name (not what the member posts), then we have to put our thinking caps to find the more entertaining or inspired names like P-P-Powerbook and MacAliciousGirl and Cruelraspberry.
