For those of you with OWC:

I ordered the 4 gig upgrade set, had it replaced once because of freezing issues but it is still freezing! The chips they sell are 2, 2 gig Nanya chips. I contacted someone in their customer service department and the lady said call back tomorrow (i was on chat, not the phone) when their phone service opens and tell the person who answers that the computer still freezes and they will replace my nanya ram with samsung ram. just letting you guys know!

memory prices are rediculously low right now. I remember paying like 300 bucks for 2 GB of DDR-400 a couple of years ago.

True, however Crucial memory prices HAVE just increased after a long period of decreasing. Only by about £4, but still, I jumped in and bought some yesterday in case they rise again.

Crucial is the way to go. I got 4 GB for my MacBook for $69.99. Best Buy wanted $119.99 for 2 GB of the same memory from Kingston.

Yeah Crucial is really good, £36.99 for 2x2GB of DDR2 RAM, and I saw in PCWorld and Currys the other day 1x1GB of DDR RAM for £39.99. I was honestly shocked!
