iPod touch Best mic for ipod touch?

Hey guys,

I'm planning to use my ipod touch (2G) to record lectures and wonder which mic on the market is best for the job. Is there something similar to the ipod classic where you can attach an 'adaptor-like' mic for the ipod touch? Also, how is the recorded audio quality with the new in-ear headphones mic?
