I tried the lite version.
Played the same file on GoodPlayer and RushPlayer. (4gig mkv).
GoodPlayer played it very smooth. RushPlayer played it well, but there were very brief stutters now and then.
Don't be disappointed in the players, be disappointed in Apple. It is them who are limiting what software can do on their iOS platform and hardware. They, of course, would rather have you buy those 1080p movies from iTunes, which are played much better. No surprise since they skewed the ecosystem that way.I too am vastly disappointed so far with the current video players when it comes to 1080p mkv.
i just hope i got more promo codes to share with you guys ;P
i can assure you rushplayer is much faster than goodplayer
Lite version was previously available. The developer should comment why it is no longer in the App Store.
Second that!
TV Streaming was removed... I do not know if this was intentional to remove it... Also Radio channels were too.
Settings can now be adjusted, there are backgrounds you can select as well.
Lite version is available again, thinking of getting it to see if streaming is in it...
Lite version does not have streaming built in either.
Deleted RP off my iPad, Synched my wife's iPad which had the old version to laptop, Synched old version back to mine and I have TV back. Would like to know if TV is coming back in a future update. Thanks..
New Promo codes arrived! people who need one just send me private messages!
Same here, I do not see the lite version.
BTW, in the app store for the paid version of RushPlayer, you have some text duplicated on the info page.
You have the complete paragraph starting with "Thereafter, you can watch..." twice.![]()
