Best Notetaking App?

What is the best note taking app with a stylus? Someone recommended Penultimate... Thanks.

there are about 50 threads on this but imo every note app on the ipad sux....sorry to be a downer but I've tried pretty much all of them and none of them are ever close.

I've decided penultimate and audio note are the best for me.

I'm incline to agree, I'm still waiting on one to surface which is better than what's available now. There are a few that are nice but need work or fall a little short.

For now I'm using Simplenote both on my iPhone and iPad and it seems to be working good. Sync is great and it's fast and simple
