Best PDF Viewer for iPhone?

Hello,

I'd ask for advice - I have a PDF reader called "Caravan" from the Apple Store. This apps works so-so, my biggest problem is that the navigation within pages of a long PDF document is not possible other than touching the screen from page-to-page.... if I want to read the 320th page, I have to scroll there...huhhhh..

Is there any application that matches my needs?

* No jailbreak, downloadable from AppleStore
* Fast navigation of PDF files, or tilt scrolling
* "Go to page" feature within PDF
* Does not cost too much (or free)
* Works reliable even on bigger PDF files
* Provides sync with a Windows based computer

I'm also in the market for a good pdf reader. I'd like one that doesn't bog down when you are switching pages or zooming in and out. I was using airsharing to view a pdf map of cedar point, but it was sooo slow when zooming in and out it made it pretty much useless.
