For every mac that I've added RAM to I used RamJet. Never had an issue, they may not be the cheapest but are reasonable and have always worked.

I recently ordered 4 GB for my MBP. 2- 2x2 sticks and one of them was bad. BUT after calling and talking to them they had another stick in the mail- same day.
