Best place to buy Windows?

Where is the best place to buy a Windows install disk. I'd like to install it on MacBook using VM Ware. By "best" I mean cheapest but still legal. Thanks!

Well for now I'd just download the Windows 7 RC and run that until the release comes out in October.

Best place... are you or have you any friends relatives neighbors nieces nephews... that are in college now. They can pre order windows 7 for $30.

Failing that try some of the online stores: tigerdirect, newegg, microcenter... etc.
