Best place to get large prints? Online or.......?

I would like to print some 16x20's of some of my pictures, and was wondering what the best option would be for printing them? Should I use an online service? Are certain online services better then others? Which one do you guys think would give the best results? Or should I actually take it to a "Brick and Mortar" store, and have them do it? Thanks

Although I've never gotten prints that big. I pretty much only use mpix. $16 for that size.

I use .Mac mostly, but they don't have every size I want. For those odd sizes, it's Shutterfly.com all the way.

I'll probably just get the standard paper, but Im curious about their Metallic paper someone says in that thread that it seems to look really nice with greens. My Aunt wan't a large print of this pic, what do you think:
