Best place to sell 2018 MBP 15in

Where the best place to sell 1 month old 2018 MBP 15in? Model is A1990 , reason for selling is not using as I thought I would be I would rather sell this and upgrade few parts on my pc or just save the money, not to sure where the best place to sell it.(reason I will not return is due to the fact that I'm past the 14 day return policy) Thank you.
