Hey guys, where is the best place to sell my macbook pro in the uk?

I looked at CEX but they will only give £1500 which is pretty weak for the spec in my opinion.

2018 15" Macbook Pro
Core i9 (6 core)
32GB Ram
1TB SSD
Radeon 560X

Trying to avoid ebay if I can as a friend tried to sell his macbook pro on there and got scammed!!

eBay is fine - just specify cash on collection as terms of payment and arrange the pick up at an Apple Store, or bank transfer only as terms. eBay might block your listing for these terms, but it's quite rare.

eBay, for sure. It's pretty easy to avoid getting scammed.

Gumtree. Shpock. Facebook Marketplace.
All places I use as well as eBay.

If using eBay you have to add PayPal but I specify in the auction details that it’s cash on collection only and I will just refund any PayPal payment. Better to be safe then sorry!

Thanks guys I will try eBay cash on collection next time there is a £1 final fee offer on. I’m hoping to get a reasonable price for it, maybe about £2500?
