I don't really want to pay over the odds prices on the apple store prices but anywhere good that does sacrifice quality?

I'd do it the same way I buy half my stuff online... just look around on Amazon, use the user reviews for an initial quality check and google search it before you actually buy anything.

Amazon will generally have good products at reasonable prices. I bought several cases for my HP Touchpad off there and was happy with the purchases. If you're willing to take a hit/gamble on quality then there's always eBay which will have the cheapest prices anywhere but you'll probably wind up waiting 2 1/2 months for it to be delivered from China. I would suggest you google search iPad 2 cases but you'll probably get over 12 billion results back. You can order form places like SW-Box, dealExtreme, monoprice for stuff too.
