Apps Best podcast app

Is there any podcast app which allow synchronizing the episodes without having to have the AW connected with the charger?

Overcast does the last 20. Believe the application has a warning that it could effect battery life.

I've been using Downcast for years, and it seems to work well on my AW.

I don't have a Watch yet (planning on a purchase soon) but Pocket Casts has a Watch app and that, for me, is the best podcast app for the phone. I've done extensive research over the last few weeks..!
