That one isn't USB 3.0, but the other one below is and even has an NTFS driver for Mac pre-loaded on drive, though it may be best to format it HFS, unless wanting to share it with non-Mac computers

This looks like a really good drive from the specs (I even think the disc is 7200rpm, which I'm not sure the G-Drive Slim will be), and I've seen one of these drives in a store and its very small and slim.

I'm still hanging on for the USB 3.0 G-Drive Slim, though, as I prefer its appearance, matches the MBA better...

Like others have mentioned, sometimes you get a good drive and it lasts for years..other times it dies within a week.
All the main manufacturers are about the same, but if you want more anecdotal tales, then I haven't had a lot of luck with seagate..

I would though recommend the drives from Silicon Power.
I believe they are Taiwanese and their Armor drives are pretty cool.
I have the 640gb Armor A80.

It has USB3, and is water-resistant, dust resistant, drop/shock resistant and pressure resistant...just what you need if you are throwing it in a bag to take with you.
Doesn't protect against leaving it somewhere...but it does the job for me.
