which particular one do you recommend... because there are many different adapters from the amazon link you gave...

Weird. That link takes me to one product only. Here's a picture:

I see
sorry about the endless questions lol, im so bad when it comes to tech..
So to charge up the powerbank I use the above adapter and which usb cable...the one that comes with the powerbank?

No problem - nobody is born knowing this stuff so ask away. That's what the forum should be good for.

Yes, the cable that comes with this power bank -

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-PowerCore-Essential-High-Capacity-Compatible/dp/B07SQ5MQ6K

has USB-C at both ends. That cable can be used with the wall charger to charge the power bank and it could also be used from the power bank to your iPad. In addition, the same wall charger and cable could connect directly to your iPad Pro to charge the iPad. And at 30W, it would be faster than the stock 18W charger that comes with the iPad.

Thank you so much I finally get it now lol
Is the Anker powerbank better than the Ravpower one?

I have both Anker and RAVPower products and they are both good. I might rank Anker a bit better as they have a very wide range of good products.

Just one more question please...the Anker powerbank says it 18w and the adapter you linked is 30w.....will the Anker powerbank charge faster even though its only 18w?
Also how long does it take to charge the powerbank using the Anker power adapter....?

The Anker will charge at a max of 18W - it controls the power input - and will take about 7 hours from zero with that level of charge. The 30W wall charger will not charge it faster than an 18W charger but it has one big advantage - the iPad Pro can charge at a max of 30W so it would also be a good standalone charger for the iPad Pro.

oh okay thank you but it will be pretty useless for charging the powerbank basically? only useful for the iPad Pro...
How many times can the Anker charge the iPad Pro before the Anker has to be charged up again?

How do you use your Anker? Do you just connect to your iPad when youre working and the battery is low or do you just charge it up when it's in your bag?

30W is overkill for the battery but useful for the iPad. I always buy chargers with a minimum of 30W capacity these days - just more useful overall and the prices have come down enough.

I'll use the battery pack at times when I'm using the iPad and don't have a charger handy - on an airplane is a good example. I've used it connected directly to the iPad and connected to the iPad through a USB-C hub. I do occasionally charge it in a carrying bag, too.

thank you very much for all the help! I will buy the Anker adapter and powerbank....can't wait to get my iPad lol. I am just waiting for it to be delivered as they are out of stock sadly.
Is their a battery indicator on the Anker so I know when I have to charge it up?

It has a set of 4 LEDs indicating its own level of charge.

Waiting for delivery - I know that feeling.

Weird - I just see one product, "USB C Portable Charger RAVPower 20000mAh 60W PD 3.0 Power Bank 2-Port Power Delivery Battery Pack High-Capacity External Battery".

You need to supply your own charger - true with almost all battery banks. It does have one USB-C to USB-C cable with it.

I have one of these for my iPad Pro 12.9 (Gen 4) and it works well through the PD port on the Magic Keyboard as well as direct to the iPP.
