I am about to arrive to LA in a couple of hours and need to get a US number and a LTE service. Is it possible to get the AT&T prepaid sim card? Is there any other one better/ cheaper?
AT&T GoPhone is still available, and would be my first choice for a traveler. You can find AT&T GoPhone SIM cards for $10 at a number of locations, including AT&T corporate locations, most AT&T third party sellers, WalMart, large drugstore chains like CVS and Walgreens, etc. The plan prices for GoPhone, while not the cheapest, are in-line with other options, and should there be an issue, you can get help from AT&T directly.I had AT&T Prepaid goPhone in the past and since I am going to Maui where the only one that works in between the mountains is AT&T, I was trying to get the service from AT&T directly. Is that still possible?
You can definitely tether with the $60 plan and I'm pretty sure you can tether with the $45 plan.Ok, I am at an Att corporate store now. Can I do tethering with this gophone plan?
