I have basically no programming skills, but know my way around various content creation software (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.) Anyone know of a good drag-n-drop application to create mobile apps? I've tried Appbuilder.com, but found it to be very limited in what it can do, and they want a monthly fee. Thanks.

You want to look for mobile frameworks. No app builder will get you anywhere.
