iPhone Best Program to transfer Photos/vids to PC

So I have maxed out iCloud storage and I'm occurring fees now !
Can someone recommend a program to transfer pics & vids to my windows 7 PC
I have plenty of storage on my computer and memory cards.

Thanks for your help.... IPhone 7plus
 
why not just install the icloud software on your pc then move your photos and vids once it syncs up?

Yes already installed , don't want to delete from my phone just copy to computer storage , now it's auto but I'm paying for size , just want to plug in and transfer media and not pay any fees monthly

Ok I was able to cut and paste this time not sure why that didn't work before.
So my vids that were transferred Thur the cloud play fine on Windows media player , but the same vids copied says videos media player does not support?????

Edit
Videos are playing fine on a nano SIM card
Still not sure why couldn't transfer before

Thanks for everyone's input checking out some different ideas now
