Best quality for burning in iTunes

Are you asking about "burning" (taking songs on your computer and creating Audio CDs) or "ripping" (putting your Audio CDs into your Mac and importing the songs into iTunes)?

If you are asking what quality level you should import songs into your computer the higher the better. iTunes+ is 256kbp. That is what I import my cd's at. I would say that since you are not quite sure then you don't need to go any higher than that. The higher the kbp the more memory per song. 256 kbp is fine for most people.

Thanks for the terminology... I meant ripping And i'll do itunes plus then i just wanted cd quality on the ipod so thank you .
