I have trying searching the 3million+ threads that have been created lately since the macbook pros were released but can really mind my answer.

Can someone please be nice and recommend a 8gb (4x2) RAM that is really good and instructions on how to install it. Is it is to install? Video anywhere?

Every other thread on the topic says OWC for US, Crucial for outside.

Apple is the logical location for installation instructions: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1270

iFixit has tons of step by step repair manuals. I like Crucial for Ram but I don't know if they will be the lowest in price. I would look on YouTube for a video of the installation. Other people on the forum buy Ram from Newegg

I just buy whatever the cheapest is on Play.com really. It comes with a lifetime warranty and is that cheap, I really don't see the benefit for spending big.

There isn't but it's better to by a brand name none the less because identifying broken RAM is hard work.

Yes I know, but with RAM the price that it is (£15 for 2GB delivered) then I always have a stick spare. Take out each stick one at a time and run the machine, if it acts up, I know which one is faulty.
