Jump Connect is simple to set up (user name and password) and connect. If you need to remote to play video files off your Mac etc, Parallels Access is great for that ($20 a year).
Jump Connect works well for that, and no yearly fee. What about simply needing to open files and use certain program there like Words, PowerPoint?
Thanks.
Can this program wake a Mac from sleep?I am also using Jump Connect. Works perfectly and you even have the option to use a special mouse....

Jump Desktop is my app of choice because it supports the use of a physical mouse in the iPad.
I have both. Screens is more polished but flakey port forwarding setup means I use Jump as my go-to. It’s aces.
That is good to know. What is flakey port forwarding?
Anyone else has both? Mind to share your experience? Thinking which one to buy.
Buy Jump Desktop developer emailed me without hours sometimes minutes on email questions!
That is good to know too. I love to support a company when they reply my questions fast.
There are a few threads on the topic, but this is the most comprehensive:I feel like I’ve heard this before. Can you provide the nitty gritty?
