Best resolution for using iPad as monitor for MacOS?

Sort of a similar question to previous, however no search has given me a specific answer.

When running the iPad as a monitor for MacOS (using Duet) in headless mode, what is the best resolution to set in MacOS so it fills the iPad full screen and leaves no border?
