Best Retina display for Mac mini mid 2011

I was at Apple the other day and their displays that come with the iMacs are incredible! I wanted to see if I could upgrade my display on my unit to be as good and crisp of display as that.

I currently have 27" IPS MONOPRICE WQHD Glass panel pro

It's absolutely great when it's working, the display has been getting worse lately and flickers, so I am looking to replace it. I'd love to get a Dell 4K but from what I've read my Mac mini doesn't support it.

Any suggestions

The video output on your machine won't properly support a 4K display. You can use one at 30 Hz, but not at 60 Hz.
