Best screen protector for iPhone 4?

They're probably all the same, but I'm just curious what screen protector I should get for my iPhone 4? Also, will the bumper case still fit with one on? Thanks.
 
There are so many threads on this, so search and find out what the best options are.

Why would a screen protector not allow a bumper to fit? Of course it does.
