an iMac, iPhone and MacBook?

Already using iMac and iPhone. iMac has the music already on (as does the phone).

Just got a MacBook. I dont have an external drive to share an iTunes library what options do I have? Whats best to get the music off the iMac to the MacBook etc? Will it take phone/account settings etc?

Anyone got any ideas on best setup given the above?
