Best settings for Handbrake?

Hey im a bit of a begginer at all this... When using Handbrake and the 'Apple TV' setting i notice when it plays on my Sony Bravia the picture is a tad dark? Just wondering which is the easiest way to try and get the best picture possible? 🙂:apple:
