Best Settings to play WoW with a MBP 13"

what are they? after being on for around an hour my fans start blasting and keys start getting hot! anyway to mess with the settings a bit so It won't get too hot?
 
Turn all the settings down a notch - It will still get warm but hopefully not so its uncomfortable.
