Best Skins Ever - Caution

    Ordered an iPad Pro 11 matte skin from Best Skins ever on Friday Nov. 23.
    Got an order confirmation but have not received a shipping confirmation.
    Sent a support ticket and email but no response. and phoned and went to voice mail.
    Opened a PayPal case.
    Unfortunate circumstances - have been buying from Best Skins Ever for many years.
    Recommended them many times.
    Not sure what has happened to them - darn shame though since I like their matte skins.

    UPDATE
    Ordered a Skinomi matte skin.

    Got an email today shipping.

    I am also facing the same situation, my guess is they got backed up with orders because of the black friday sale.

    Have been buying from them for many years.
    Never had them go silent before.

    Same for me. Bought on Black Friday. I've been buying from them for years. Never had an issue until now.

    Do they normally respond on weekends?

    Where are they based? Could they have a public holiday on the Friday/Monday?

    Still, it’s mid-week now, so a response should’ve happened by now.

    I received a shipping notification this week that my iPad skin shipped. Maybe they are slowing fulfilling orders now.

    My BF order was delayed, too. It happens. It was pretty clearly a USPS issue, not a BSE issue, at least in my case. The local PO reversed the scanning. BSE has been great with my orders for many years, and I just ordered a skin for my new 11" iPP, and it shipped the same day the I ordered it.

    Beware that they completely ignore any return requests coming from their website and will not issue an RMA. Be prepared to contact your credit card company and/or go through buyer protection processes for a refund.

    Slickwraps have similar issues. I ordered some skins on 23rd November and till today it is showing as processing. I believe they will only ship out my order next year. Lol.

    I ordered a Slickwraps leather skin on Black Friday and waited for two weeks and heard nothing.

    Opened a PayPal case then elevated it. Slickwraps sent a completely false fedex tracking number to PayPal. It showed items being delivered but to a completely different state from where I live. I appealed and got full refund.

    I’m never gonna trust Slickwraps again.
