I bought THIS sleeve w/ magnet on Amazon. It does make it easier to hold and the magnet (applied to your case) is a great way to store the pencil. But beware the magnet is strong, but not so strong that the pencil can't get knocked off in a bag or a strong accidental flick.

I also have some cheap regular pencil holders that I bought at Staples. They came in a 3 pack for 2.50 or something.

I decided to only use my Apple Pencil at home because I am so worried about losing it. :(

I bought a case that has a medium tight loop to store the pencil on the back... Holds great, the only worry is losing the lid/protector... otherwise pretty awesome. I don't take mine out of the house much so it's not normally going to be an issue. If I am taking a trip I pack it separately so it doesn't get lost at the airport or in the car...
I consider the Car with storage to be best for me. As far as skins for the pencil, I haven't added one yet, simply because of my storage choice... If you put anything on the pencil it will not fit my case loop. So there is that to consider... Most storage cases I've seen allow a little more room than my loop, so I can see putting a skin on it then.
It's definitely a slippery little guy.
