Best small business accounting software

Hi all,
I am looking for accounting software to help my husband manage his small business. Ok, very small business. He is an artist and I have offered to help him manage his expenses, billing, invoices etc. I am overwhelmed by the number and diversity of choices out there and would love some advice.

It's not cheap but QuickBooks is a good program. Will help with sales tax and charting. As well as invoices, PO's and tax time...

Actually, Quickbooks has a free version that can be used with up to 20 clients.

Another vote for QuickBooks here. It's a really great program and super easy to learn how to use it.

Yeah, quickbooks. It can be frustrating at times, but it's really the best option right now.
