Just a month but I contacted support a lot because HBO detected that I'm not in the US, not dns4me fault since it happened to many people too. I even asked him for some help about HBO letter and he even responded (he can't do much of course). And I had a long conversation with him on Netflix where I can't access the site on browser. He even teamviewered into my Mac to check if everything's good (turns out it's because I subscribed through iTunes) .
I'm very impressed with the support.
