Best Software to Rip Blu Ray Discs?

Some of my Blu Ray Discs don't come with Digital Copies and I want to put them on my iPad. Does anybody know the BEST software out there to rip Blu Ray Discs? Any help would be great. Thanks 😀

There are two parts to this : Removing the Copy Protection and Ripping.
As far as the first, you are on your own. For the second IMO use Handbrake.

Go with MakeMKV.

Yep, MakeMKV will create an MKV version on your hard drive - then use HandBrake on the MKV version to create an iPad/iTunes compatible file.

Note that it will also create a complete backup of the disc as another option. I do a complete backup and then convert with Handbrake (vs double converting).

MakeMKV isn't really "converting", it's just moving content from disc into a container (.mkv), based on your selections. It's not encoding anything.

Or MP4 if something with a simpler interface is desired.
