A BMT with loads of veg in it, and a good lashing of southwest sauce. It doesn't get any better :)

There is no such thing as a good Subway sandwich.

Unless you like tasteless cardboard, which they cutely call "bread", processed cheese on everything and microscopically thin slices of meat. Everything else is cheap filler and gunk.

Just go to a proper deli and get something worth chewing.

Agreed. Subway is horrible. Go to an actual deli. Never eat Subway..it all tastes the same.

I'll take me a Boots sandwich thx. In which case I'll have a BLT (on bread, not a sub).

Am I crazy but I just like the plain veggies with a slice of cheese with a little oil, vinegar and oregano.

Sorry but, it's all about Chicken Tikka Sub on Hearty Italien with Lettuce Cucumber and Mayonnaise.. I would go in just to buy the bread! xD

It's horrible in my town centre, as the food court has a Subway, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC, and some random healthy place where nobody buys from All around the edge (the food court is like, a circular-ish room). If you happen to lose your way (or not focus) and find yourself there, you're totally screwed. xD

Spicy Italian on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, with provolone, toasted, with lettuce, tomato, oregano, parmesan, hot pepper relish (always ask for seconds), Italian dressing and Old Bay.

Good eats.

I find it funny when people try to make Subway- a relatively healthy venture - into something unhealthy.

The best Subway sandwich is a sandwich made by someone else. Subway are pretty expensive for what you get IMO, especially in the UK.

Don't be concerned with the pizza sub. I had a veggie sub yesterday, and it has almost the same number of calories as your pizza sub, but only after the mayo was added. ;)

Otherwise, I have the tuna sub, or cold cuts sub. :)

Here in the UK, they did a really nice one with Reggae Reggae Sauce in. That was easily the best sub ever. I absolutely adore Subway too.

I paid about AUD$9 something for my pizza sub and water. Usually if you go to another standalone sandwich place it will cost about AUD$13.

Favorite subs:

12" Roasted Chicken Breast sub, Wheat Bread, Mayo, Spinach, Lettuce, salt, pepper, american cheese.

12" Meatball Marinara sub, white bread, american cheese, parmesan cheese.

I might try out the chicken teriyaki though, is it in the 5 dollar group?
